I'm very grateful to have a PR partner in MEPR Agency. We engaged them when we had a time-sensitive campaign where we required internal and external communications, as well as reputation management. Almost immediately we were provided deliverables that gave our team great confidence in their value. I would highly recommend hiring the MEPR Agency team for public relations and marketing support.

MEPR was an extension of our team so it didn’t feel like it was a disconnected relationship, instead it was like we’d expanded our existing team because they were such an incredible partner. Sometimes response time as well as the ability to remain on task and feel like a priority can be a challenge when with working with consultants, but this is definitely not the case with MEPR. I would unequivocally recommend MEPR because they have clearly demonstrated their proficiency in managing crisis, routine and special event public relations.

Our company, Mitech Partners, needed a makeover to clearly communicate to our clients and partners who we are and what we do. MEPR stepped in and made the process to revamp simple and timely. Because of their effective systems in place, Kia and her team at MEPR were able to organize, plan and execute on our re-branding project with amazing efficiency. We got an upgrade on our website, company photos, logo and videos to clearly communicate our mission. Not only were these new tools super professional and cutting edge, but it happened essentially without me having to manage the process. Thanks for stepping in and helping Mitech speak to our audience like industry leaders.

More times than not she has her finger on the pulse when I felt like a flatliner. I love Kia. Not only could I not have been so successful without her, but I could not think of any other person I would want to march on the field with in this quarter of the game. Our biggest plays are yet to come. Thank you for believing, listening, fighting, co-signing, coaching, learning, never quitting and inspiring me.

MEPR Agency has been pivotal in not only the rebranding of Nashville Community Education, but in the complete rebuilding of the department after some serious blows to programming a decade ago. Kia Jarmon helped keep the community engaged in our offerings, steered our marketing and branding, and gave solid advice for internal and external communications. She offered honest feedback that kept us moving in the right direction and savvy support during the most stressful of times. And she has always encouraged us to consider new concepts, new ways of marketing and new ways of reaching our students. MEPR’s commitment to making Nashville Community Education prosper has resulted in a stronger and more successful program than ever before.

In two weeks, I was expecting 1500 seniors on the campus of American Baptist College, Snapchat Engineer, Justin Washington, and countless tech people from Nashville and did not have a logistical or public affairs team in place to handle such excited students and the Nashville tech community members. Her team met with me and, with the skill of seasoned professionals, assured me that things would go smooth and that out event would be “the talk of the town.” In a matter of two weeks, we were indeed the talk of the town and principals have sent countless notes thanking us for a great program. MEPR is a firm dedicated to excellence in service, there was no question or concern to large or two small to be addressed. Without reservation and with a great deal of trust, I recommend MEPR Agency.

Metro Arts has been working with MEPR Agency since 2013 on high-level citywide projects like Artober Nashville, our 'Crafting a Creative City' Strategic Planning Process and, most recently, in the development of a Community Investment Plan for our city’s public art program. MEPR Agency is adept at staying ahead of trends and the ever shifting social media landscape and equips clients with measurement tools and analytics to track impact. In that brief time we have experienced a significant increase in social media reach and they have empowered us to connect to more citizens, better amplify our message, more deeply engage audiences, and facilitate meaningful conversations about the importance of the arts and culture in Nashville.

MEPR Agency was a subcontractor for the NashvilleNext process, Nashville’s comprehensive plan update. This process was a major undertaking, lasting a little over three years, with 100+ community meetings, that covered topics including Housing, Transit, and Arts and Culture. MEPR Agency was charged with helping to reach minority and millennial demographics. MEPR’s guidance on outreach techniques was always very straightforward and eye opening. Through social media, and earned media, MEPR helped to tell the story of the planning process in a new and engaging way to those target demographics. As a result, the process garnered quality input from groups that are typically not involved in the community planning process.

Kia is a valuable addition to the CNM family of experts. She has a singular ability to make complex issues more approachable and to help even our small member organizations to see opportunity in social media, branding and community building. It can be challenging for a small organization to understand and embrace the value of marketing but Kia works through that to find the highest impact and to set priorities that are achievable and impactful.

NBIC has worked with MEPR Agency for the past three years to develop our brand messaging. During this time we grew from one program to three, and expanded our reach from the city of Nashville to the state of Tennessee. MEPR was very responsive to our needs, crafting our story as it evolved with consistent language and messaging. MEPR has been invaluable to our growth process; clarifying and honing in on messaging to reach our target markets and succinctly tell our story. With MEPR’s messaging guidance, NBIC was able to increase funding through donation and sponsorships.
