Challenge:
To manage the logistics surrounding Senior Day, a partnership with Metro Nashville Public Schools, to celebrate high school seniors as they prepare for graduation through innovation and wonderment with a keynote by Snapchat enginner, Justin Washington.

Additionally, as a part of the day of events, we partnered with ABC and Google Fiber on a Black in Tech reception hosted at the Google Fiber event space.

Solution:
We managed the logistics for Senior Day 2017 including: media relations; volunteer management; securing the DJ and other talent, entertainment and sound; coordinating transportation and student arrival and details with partners at Metro Nashville Public Schools and Mayor Megan Barry's office; and managed all creative including graphic designs, printing, photography and video production.

Results:
More than 1200 students arrived successfully on the campus of American Baptist College with great excitement. The event produced media stories from the Tennessean, Channel 4 and 5, and 760AM. We also produced a series of videos (recap video below).
