MEPR Agency's Innovation Fund was established in 2017 as a philanthropic effort to support existing businesses in Nashville. This micro business grant will be awarded to full-time small business owners - in business at least three years - who are seeking a resource to become a more innovative business. The grant can be used to support professional development, software solutions, or administrative tools. In some cases this will be a matching grant and will only pay a portion of the need. Four awards will be provided awarding up to $250 each; the grant cycle will occur in the Fall and Spring. Applications will be accepted between November 5 - December 1, 2018. Winners will be announced by December 14, 2018).

The business must be based in Middle Tennessee. The award will be paid directly to the need, not the business owner.
